1. General policy
PROJECTPROOF products are digital goods. Once a purchaser receives access to the download, the product cannot be physically returned. For that reason, sales are generally final after digital access has been provided, subject to the exceptions below and any rights required by applicable law.
2. Situations we will review
Reply to your PROJECTPROOF purchase receipt promptly if any of the following applies:
- You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
- Payment succeeded but the verified download does not work.
- The delivered file is corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from the product described at checkout.
- A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the purchased product and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement file, restore access, or issue a full or partial refund.
3. Situations that are normally not refundable
We generally do not issue refunds solely because you changed your mind after receiving access, no longer need the product, expected a different personal outcome, purchased without reviewing the product description, or do not use the download.
The kit is an organizational tool and is not legal, construction, engineering, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. Dissatisfaction based only on a project outcome outside PROJECTPROOF's control does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
4. How to request help
Reply to your PROJECTPROOF purchase receipt or other order communication and include the email address used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send full payment card information.
For the quickest review, send your request within 7 days of purchase when reasonably possible.
5. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method using Stripe. Bank and card processing times vary, so an approved refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
6. Applicable consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides stronger refund, cancellation, or digital-content rights, those rights control.
